Playing both of the games; ants, and dirty river. gave me ideas for both creating an action game, but also a hidden object game. The different amount of materials that were in the game dirty river all matched the scene of a river that has been polluted with trash. For example you would be trying to find a baseball if you were playing a game about getting ready for the golf tournaments. This gave me ideas about matching my games scene to the objects that will be found inside of the created game.
